Do you want a good chance to view wild horses (and bison!)? Just visit Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park in Micanopy, just outside Gainesville! What a sight!

I took a foggy morning stroll at Palm Island Park in Mount Dora yesterday and saw quite a bit of wildlife. A great way to start the day!

Yesterday morning we enjoyed wandering around Main Beach Park in Fernandina Beach. Amelia Island is a great destination for a weekend getaway!

Yesterday I wandered around Palm Island Park and the Port of Mount Dora. I had the place to myself. Not a bad way to spend a Monday afternoon!

A hidden gem located in the heart of a neighborhood just off the 408 and east of downtown Orlando, Demetree Park is a great spot for a short stroll among wildlife (we encountered white ibises, a great egret, great blue heron, green heron and many ducks during our quick visit).
