What I’m Watching …
Over the Edge (1979) Teenage angst in a planned community in California during the late 1970s. A nice time capsule with a great soundtrack that features the Ramones, Van Halen, the Cars and Cheap Trick. Matt Dillon’s film debut. Don’t miss it!
Back to Lake Lotus
We spent a nice Sunday afternoon wandering around Lake Lotus Park in Altamonte Springs, followed by a visit to Lake Lily Park and then dinner at Athena Roasted Chicken (I ordered the vegetarian pita, which was amazing!).
Lake Lily Wildlife
Despite its tiny size, Lake Lily Park in Maitland features a nice variety of wildlife. Check it out!

Burger Bar
The Burger Bar in Bristol VA/TN has been around since 1942, so they must be doing something right! It’s also reportedly the last place country music legend Hank Williams Sr. was seen alive. And the grilled cheese is delicious! So, what are you waiting for? Go check it out!
What I’m Reading …
“Best known as a cofounder of The Pogues, Shane MacGowan has become a legend as both a writer of exquisite lyrics and an epic carousers … Sometimes maddening, sometimes charming, often brilliant and always honest, A Drink with Shane MacGowan is an enjoyable romp with a truly fascinating personality.”
Patience

Look Deep into Nature
“Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.” – Albert Einstein
